Women's History Month: Wikipedia Workshop and Edit-a-thon Online

The USF Libraries has partnered with Tennessee State University and the Wikimedia Foundation to present this introductory workshop to Wikipedia editing. Participants will learn how to create and edit Wikipedia pages during an hour-long virtual workshop presented by Wikimedia. The workshop will be immediately followed by an optional two-hour long edit-a-thon dedicated to improving Wikipedia content about women's history. By Andrew Beman-Cavallaro, Emily Norton, & Evan Fruehauf of the USF Libraries; Kiersty Cox of the USF School of Information, James Scholz of Tennessee State University, and the Wikimedia Foundation.
