Building Your Custom AI for Research Online
For those ready to go beyond off-the-shelf tools, this bonus session explores building your own AI environment when the standard platforms aren't quite meeting your needs. Topics include locally hosted solutions using platforms like Ollama and LM Studio, building custom agents in Microsoft Copilot for specialized research tasks, and connecting with IT and higher-level campus AI computing resources for those ready to move past the basics.
