Conference Presentations: In-Person and Video Online
Delivering an informative and engaging presentation on your research can be a challenging and intimidating task. This workshop will provide an overview of how to create and conduct both in-person and virtual workshops that are well-organized, accessible, and captivating to your audience. We will discuss how to utilize Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint to create and record virtual presentations, as well as how to create a slide deck that effectively organizes your presentation using either PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva Presentations. The workshop will include tips & tricks to help ease the anxiety of delivering presentations and to ensure that your presentation is accessible to all audiences.
