Browser Extensions for Researchers Online

Did you know that there are many no-cost browser extensions that you can install on your computer to help you with your research? These tools can help you find open access journal articles, take notes as you read articles or websites, keep track of your citations while you research, and more. This workshop is an introduction to some of the most useful extensions for research - what they are, what they do, and how to use them. Note: browser extensions often work best on desktop/laptop computers, less so on phones and tablets.
