DESCRIPTION:For many early-career researchers\, the path through grad 
 school or postdoc training to career success may feel nebulous.  This 
 seminar introduces the ACHIEVE framework - an improved approach to the 
 Individual Development Plan (IDP) designed specifically for the unique 
 pressures of academia leading to careers in all sectors.  The ACHIEVE model 
 moves beyond a simple checklist of technical skills\, integrating seven 
 critical pillars: Assessment of core competencies\, Clarity in career 
 goals\, cultivation of productive Habits and mindsets\, prioritization of 
 Individual self-care\, strategic Educational experiences\, alignment with 
 personal Values\, and the regular Evaluation of progress. By the end of
