USF ST. Petersburg Library Change Location

While occupied, Study Rooms lights should remain on at all times and windows
must remain unobstructed. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal
from the room and restrictions on future reservations.

Library Space Reservations
• Study rooms are available for use by USF students, faculty, and staff by
reservation only. Keys to the study rooms may be checked out at the front desk.
• Students may make two bookings a day, 1-3 hours per booking at 6 hours
maximum (If booked back-to-back, please alert front desk)
• Study rooms are only checked out to actively affiliated individuals (currently
enrolled students, active faculty, etc.).
• Reservation holders are required to pick up the key and may not use a proxy.
• Do not block or obstruct study room windows with backpacks, clothing, or signs.

Did you Know…
• Study Rooms are checked out for a maximum 3 hours per day.
• If you do not pick up your room key within 15 minutes of your reservation, the
system will cancel it automatically.
• Overdue room keys incur a $5 per hour late fee, up to the full replacement cost.
Unreturned keys will be charged a $150 replacement fee plus applicable
processing fees.
• Whiteboards, markers, white noise machines and erasers are available for
checkout at the circulation desk. See more here 

Individual Study Rooms can be booked by the same student once a day for up to three
hours. Two Individual Study Room reservations or two Group Study Room reservations
cannot be made for the same day by the same student.
